Who we are

Storage Linkhub Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”) provides promotional calendar planning and related trade marketing advisory services from 631/12 Charansanitwong Road Bangkhunnon, Bangkok, 10700, Thailand. These terms cover use of storage-linkhub.digital and engagements booked through our contact process.

Informational site

This website describes services and indicative pricing. It does not process payments or complete checkout. Binding scope, fees, and timelines are confirmed in writing after a brief.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and submit contact forms with accurate information. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse form endpoints, or scrape content for competing reuse without permission.

Service engagements

Calendar planning work begins only after we confirm scope in writing. Deliverables, revision rounds, and review checkpoints follow that confirmation. We may decline work that conflicts with capacity or professional judgment.

Intellectual property

Site content, brand marks, and our methodology materials remain ours unless a client agreement assigns specific deliverables. Client data and brand assets you share stay yours; we use them only to deliver the agreed work.

Liability

Trade outcomes depend on retailer decisions, stock, and field execution outside our sole control. We provide planning advice and documents with professional care; we do not guarantee sell-through results. To the extent permitted by Thai law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
