Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to promotional calendar planning and related advisory services from Storage Linkhub Trade Marketing. We do not sell physical products through this site, and we do not operate online checkout. Fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered when we cancel an engagement we cannot staff, when prepaid work has not started, or when a written agreement expressly provides a refund path. Requests must come from the contracting contact within the timeframes below.

Timeframe to request

Contact us within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date or the event giving rise to the request, whichever is later, at hello@storage-linkhub.digital or +66 2 4244987.

Full and partial refunds

If we have not started discovery interviews or calendar drafting, prepaid fees for that engagement are eligible for a full refund. Once discovery or drafting has begun, we may offer a partial refund reflecting unused remaining stages, less a fair charge for work already delivered (for example completed interviews, retailer window notes, or draft boards).

Non-refundable items

Completed deliverables already accepted in writing are non-refundable. Third-party costs we incur at your request (such as booked partner facilitators or paid data extracts) are non-refundable once committed. Deposits tagged as non-refundable in the engagement letter remain non-refundable after the stated hold date.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel with written notice. If cancellation arrives more than seven (7) days before a scheduled workshop or review, we will reschedule once at no extra fee or apply the refund rules above. Cancellations inside seven days may forfeit the deposit for that session if we cannot rebook the reserved time.

No-shows

If your team misses a confirmed workshop without twenty-four hours’ notice, that session fee is due and not refundable. We will offer one make-up slot subject to capacity.

Work already started and materials

Calendar drafts, conflict scorecards, and handoff kits prepared before cancellation remain billable for the stage completed. Purchased or commissioned research materials ordered for your project are charged at cost and are not refundable once ordered.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days after we confirm the amount in writing. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are outside our control.

Exceptions

If Thai consumer law grants stronger rights for your situation, those rights prevail. This policy does not cover services we never offered — for example product shipping or software subscriptions.
