Monthly Handoffs Agencies Actually Use
Turn the calendar into a pack partners open: offers, due dates, store lists, and proof asks in plain language.
Agencies ignore calendars that live only as slide decks. They use packs that answer four questions: what is live, what is due, which stores matter, and what proof you expect.
Keep the monthly kit short. One offer sheet, one checklist, one store list, one change log. If a detail needs a novel, it belongs in a separate brief, not in the calendar handoff.
Publish before the month opens. Mid-month edits should be rare and logged. Partners forgive change; they do not forgive silent revisions that strand printed POS.
When handoffs stay boring and consistent, promo weeks feel calmer — and the annual calendar stops being a decorative artifact.
